Deadlines and Important Dates:
** Coaches meeting for U11 D2 and above is September 1st at the Portland Community Center from 7 - 9 p.m.
** Coaches Meeting for U10 and Division 3 is Wednesday, September 7th from 7 - 9 p.m.
Team Registration Information:
U11 to U19 D2 and S2 teams - committment to play form and fees are due August 26th.
D3 and D4 (U10 to U14 travelling) teams - committement to play form and fees are due September 6th.
D2 and S2 teams will begin play September 17th
D3 and D4 (U10 to U14 travelling) teams will begin play September 17th
Initial player counts will be taken on September 15th. Clubs will be billed for the initial count on September 15th. Initial Registration fees are due September 20th.
Final player counts will be taken on October 15th. Clubs will be billed for the final count on October 15th. Final fees are due October 20th.
Clubs are asked to notify Monica AND Shawna if their registration is complete and closed prior to any of those dates.
I recommend both Home and Away teams print a game card each week. If you are having trouble printing game cards: Turn off your Pop up Blockers in Explorer, Google Toolbar and Yahoo Toolbar if you have them installed, these will prevent the print window from showing if they are turned on.
WINNING TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING IN THE GAME CARD WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER THE GAME. Address is at the bottom of the page. Scanning and emailing game card is allowed for faster posting of scores but game card must still be mailed in. (If the game ends in a TIE the HOME TEAM is responsible to submit the game card) to:

Coaches need to get with their club and the Visiting team if you need to reschedule games. Ensure you check with your club for acceptable date and field availability prior to rescheduling.
Schedules are subject to change multiple times.
Please check back prior to the weekend to verify your schedules.
Schedules will be updated as they are received.

Coaches if you have conflicts or need to reschedule games please attempt to resolve them on your own with the other coaches. Also get with your Field and Ref coordinators to verify game times.
To Find the CONTACT INFO for a Team Click on the Team Name in the box for the Weekend you are playing. Not in the List of teams for that Bracket, this will only show that teams schedule.

When you request to reschedule a game you need to also email the other coach/asst. coach/team manager to inform them you are trying to reschedule a game. This way they will be informed and can go in to either "accept / decline / counter apply".
Also in the reschedule comments box please include why you are rescheduling.
